IGo Develop Ltd. is run by Trish Igoe who has over 20 years experience in the field of professional and personal learning and development.  Over this time she has gained experience designing and delivering people development solutions for all levels of staff in Europe, North America and Australasia.   She has worked for large and small organisations within the private, public and higher education sectors.  Her area of specialism is behavioural change with a view to enhanced individual, team and organisation performance at a local as well as global level.  She has experience designing and delivering on-line virtual teamwork sessions, change management solutions, leadership and team development solutions including resilience and conflict resolution,  1:1 coaching and counselling.

Trish has worked in the city of London for 16 years her last role there as global head of L&D for an investment bank, she is a Chartered fellow of the Institute of Personnel Development, a Teaching Fellow in higher education with eight years teaching experience most recently working at Edinburgh Napier University and a Member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy.  She is a DiSC certified trainer and Master NLP practitioner.

Her mission is to promote better working lives by improving practices in people and organisation development for the benefit of individuals, businesses, economies and society.
